| The most horrible service you could ever imagine. The sales guy (I think this is a 1 man shop) promises you everything to sign you up. Then the problem begin. Billing is screwed up and can take months to fix, all the while being overcharged for services. We tried setting up forms and they didn't work. No one there had a clue as to why. But the biggest problem is the poor reliability. There is hardly a day that goes by without the service being out, sometimes monentarily, sometimes for hours at a time. Tech support is pretty bad. My advice is to stay away from this place - there are tons of 'legitimate' hosters out there who can give you decent service. |

Hello, I know there is already countless warnings about Webreseller and Robert Greenwalt's deceptive, unethical, and fraudulent billing practices around the net, but I think the more the better because they are obviously, and knowingly stealing and attempting to steal peoples money, and need to be stopped.
If you have, or ever have to request a refund from Webreseller, or simply want to cancel your account with Webreseller, I would say that chances are very high that you will know exactly why I'm saying this. I cancelled a server with them 2 months ago and they are continuing to bill me for it and have also threatened to send the fraudulent bills to collections. This is a very big problem, and they really need to be stopped. I am not even close to the only one that has had the unfortunate experience of them trying to deceive me into believing something so they can steal money and/or just having money stolen. Anyone considering using Webreseller or even canceling should really make sure that they do their homework on Webresellers unethical business practices. You've been warned! |

| By far the worst company I have had the pleasure to deal with. I had service with another company that evidently sold out to webreseller.net. As soon as this occured, my site was down for months. I was being billed for services not used. Webreseller.net never sent a welcome letter or anything with account info for me to use their services. I have since filed fraud charges and am thinking of filing legal charges for lost revenue and customers lost! Needless to say my nameservers are still messed up until they delete them. Or I'll most likely have to temporarily change them! For more info feel free to e-mail me. And if you have had same problems, I would like to hear from you also. |
